All,
I thought it would be interesting to see if anyone has ever had the opportunity to join in on an actual ghost investigation before?
I can now say that I have, as one week ago, I was invited to tour an old, closed movie studio and tag along as an ameateur group of 6 people investigated it for paranormal activity. It was believed that at least two people accidentally died there and it had been reported that their spirits were still actively haunting the place. The building was built in the 20s, used for many years by Hughes Aircraft and turned into a TV studio in the late 50s, and a private movie production company in the 70s. The building is now scheduled to be torn down before the end of the year. I got an invite to follow along with this group, which I have to say I did enjoy. To be honest, we didn't see anything. But we did hear some strange noises like people walking overhead and one sound of a tool being dropped from above ( where no one was located ). I also saw how equipment like the hand held EMF detector and the other stuff you see on TV works. I would love to have actually seen something, and to have been a part of a seance, which they were going to do, but ran out of time.
However, the entire event was fun and informative. So, are there any others out there that have done this? Any similar experiences or comments? Please lets us know what you experienced.
Ron
